Responsibilities:
What your day might look like:
· Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties
· Install, repair, appliances and HVAC (certifications required)
· Participate in the overall upkeep of the community as well as conducting regular preventative maintenance in units.
· Maintain company safety standards
