What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Clerk position at Rolling Plains Management Corporation?
Rolling Plains Management Corporation is now accepting applications for a full-time Community Services Intake Clerk in our office in Abilene, Texas.
The Intake Clerk supports all telephone communication by answering and routing all incoming calls, communicating messages and necessary information to staff throughout the program.
The full-time hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent customer service, with previous experience answering a multi-line phone system is required. The qualified applicant must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of public, employees and management, both orally and in writing, using correct business English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The qualified applicant will be able to balance a variety of duties, prioritize and meet deadlines. The applicant must possess demonstrated computer skills, with experience using Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel and Outlook and be able to type at least 30wpm.
