Position Summary
Serve as ARC (Architectural Review Committee) Assistant for all associations as assigned by Director of HOA administration & Field Services
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Reading and comprehending legal documents
· Using technology to answer questions and return applications to homeowners seeking approvals
· Respond to customers with questions and complaints about ARC Applications
· Miscellaneous duties assigned by Director of HOA Administration
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· Ability to learn and demonstrate understanding of state and local laws as they pertain to HOA’s
· Ability to demonstrate multi-tasking tendencies in a fast-moving environment
· High level organizational skills
· Ability to calmly deal with individuals who are angry or confused

· Individual must be able to lift 50 lbs. as necessary
· Individual must have minimal technological experience with a tablet and WIFI hotspot
