What You’ll Do
Prospect & Generate Leads – Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts
Meet with Clients – Conduct in-person estimates and build relationships with business owners, property managers, and homeowners
Close Deals – Convert both self-generated and company-provided leads into sales
Manage the Sales Process – Follow up on prospects, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term business opportunities
Spend 80% of Your Time in the Field – Meeting with clients, networking, and closing deals
20% on Training & Development – Continuous professional growth and team collaboration
