Responsibilities :
Power Washing & Equipment Maintenance : Perform power washing on commercial and residential properties; troubleshoot and maintain equipment (hoses, nozzles, pumps, etc.).
Site Safety & Risk Mitigation : Identify and address potential hazards (e.g., chemical exposure, plant damage, furniture protection) to prevent property damage or injuries.
Client Interaction : Communicate effectively with customers, address their concerns, and deliver outstanding service.
Quality Control : Maintain a keen eye for detail; ensure thorough cleaning, proper rinsing of chemicals, and post-job cleanup.
Qualifications :
Experience : 6 months in a hands-on, labor-intensive role (construction, landscaping, janitorial, or similar). Power washing experience is a plus but not required.
Dependability : Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work ethic.
Attention to Detail : Ability to spot potential issues before they become problems (e.g., chemical overspray, unprotected surfaces).
Customer Service Acumen : Comfortable interacting with clients; professional, polite, and solution-oriented.
Physical Requirements : Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment or hoses, and stand for extended periods. Comfortable climbing ladders and walk on roofs with confidence.
