Summary :
As a learning and development leader, the Assistant Director of Management and Executive Education (M&EE) participates in the development and implementation of educational programs created for our global corporate clients. As the demand for continuous learning and upskilling in the professional marketplace rapidly grows, the Crummer Graduate School of Business is fusing the tradition of liberal arts education with cutting-edge executive education to offer high-level custom consulting services, employee professional development, certification development programs, and learning in areas across all domains and industries.
Essential Job Functions
- Client Management and Retention : Assists with program sales and new business development, including : Partners with the Director of M&EE and Director of Strategic Partnerships on calls with prospective clients to move relationships forwardConducts training needs assessments with potential clientsRecommends program offerings and create custom proposals that are in alignment with department strategic and revenue goalsActs as program manager or key partner relationship manager on assigned programs (See Program Execution Oversight section)Manages client relationships before, during, and after programs (identifying opportunities for additional business)
- Program Execution : Performs a range of activities as program manager for selected M&EE programs, including : Leads the project management of program logistics - materials, location (onsite, offsite, virtual), communications, catering, learning management system, etc.Monitors and reports on program enrollment and financialsProvides facilitation and / or monitoring of select programs and events
- Program and M&EE Marketing : In partnership with our marketing team, develops, implements, and assesses marketing and public relations strategies and plans for M&EE programs to meet attendance and department goals : Stays up to date with relevant marketplace and industry news to help identify trends and potential business opportunitiesAssists with website and marketing content creation and maintenance activitiesHelps maintain social media accounts for M&EEUpdates and maintains client and prospect database
