As a learning and development leader, the Assistant Director of Management and Executive Education (M&EE) participates in the development and implementation of educational programs created for our global corporate clients. As the demand for continuous learning and upskilling in the professional marketplace rapidly grows, the Crummer Graduate School of Business is fusing the tradition of liberal arts education with cutting-edge executive education to offer high-level custom consulting services, employee professional development, certification development programs, and learning in areas across all domains and industries.
Essential Job Functions
- Client Management and Retention : Assists with program sales and new business development, including :
Partners with the Director of M&EE and Director of Strategic Partnerships on calls with prospective clients to move relationships forward
Leads the project management of program logistics - materials, location (onsite, offsite, virtual), communications, catering, learning management system, etc.
Stays up to date with relevant marketplace and industry news to help identify trends and potential business opportunities
