Rollins College is looking for its next Associate Director of Housing Operations!
We're looking for someone to join our dynamic team in Orlando, FL supporting a private residential college of 2,300 undergraduate students, 1,500-1,800 of which live on for three years. This role:
- Supervises two (2) full-time Area Coordinators overseeing the first-year areas of campus
- Receives a meal plan and HSA funds from the College in addition to a $53,888 salary
- Serves in an on-call rotation at the Assistant/Associate Director level
- Lives in a College-provided 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment
