About This Role
The Client Success Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the success of marketing campaigns and getting the most out of their partnerships with us. This position will involve overseeing client communications, tracking campaign performance, and working closely with internal teams to optimize outcomes. The Client Success Manager will be the main point of contact for clients and will be responsible for ensuring their goals are met through strategic marketing solutions.

This role reports directly to the Implementer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
  • Lead regular meetings with clients to review campaign performance, discuss strategy adjustments, and present insights.
  • Create and present tailored marketing proposals and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, client relations, technology) to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing clients with clear metrics and actionable recommendations.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or client services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.

Compensation Structure

  • Employee: full-time
  • Base salary: $40k/year
  • Commission: 3% of revenue from managed clients

Vacation & Personal Time Off
We don’t have a formal vacation policy. As a small business, we believe in flexibility and trust. If you meet the responsibilities of your role and communicate your time off in advance, you’ll have the flexibility to take time when needed.

Benefits
Health insurance benefits are available to full-time employees after a 90-day probationary period.
