Job Description
This role is seeking a highly motivated, driven, and talented individual to work onsite supporting our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration of software applications in a classified environment. They will also possess experience with Windows Servers 2016/2019, Internet Information Services (IIS), and Red Hat Linux (Apache - Open Source) web servers containing over 200 production applications: Cloud & On-premises, Unclass/Class networks, and supporting public-facing websites using serverless solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration management of software applications hosted on Windows and Linux-based servers.
- Troubleshooting software issues related to server and software issues with various tools and technologies.
- Providing direct support through a ticketing system to application owners, developers, government entities, and related internal/external teams.
- Implementing client's Information Security standards to ensure the software and server environment is secure and protected from unauthorized access.
- Performing other duties as assigned or required.
