Warehouse Specialist

As the Warehouse Specialist for Rolls-Royce, you will be responsible for general warehouse duties in our Aircraft Supply Centre in accordance with the storage plan of the site. In this role, you will be expected to work in both and inside and outside environment. You will be required to receive, unload, uncrate and prepare Nacelle modules for the production line. You will also be required to perform routine and scheduled inventories, reporting any deterioration or damage to stored material.

Key Accountabilities:
- Verification of materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies or damage
- Receiving parts from vendors and/or other sites and the shipping of parts to vendors and/or other sites and determining and establishing storage locations for material routing
- Maintain, store, stack or palletize materials in accordance with the storage plan of the site
- Perform routine parts inventories, identify discrepancies and investigate root causes
- Issue material to customers, remove material from storage and prepare for shipment
- Ability to work at least 10% overtime hours, when needed or required and also, available for Service Support on a 24-hour basis, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, hold and carry up to 50 pounds unaided
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 years of experience working in a warehouse
- "In order to be considered for this role, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident".
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 1 years’ experience using SAP
- Ability to obtain a Forklift license with 1 year of forklift experience
- Experience of working with tools
- Awareness of safety procedures
