There is a great opportunity as a Data Solutions & Insights Business Analyst for Defense & North America, where you will support overall project management activities. Internally, you will work with the team and across multiple functional groups to undertake the facilitation, coordination, analysis, and integration of data and projects. You will be able to partner with the team and key stakeholders to perform ETL data processes, ensure quality project communication, documentation, and implementation.

Key Accountabilities
- Partner with the team and key stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively including full scope project coordination - initiate, gather requirements, move projects forward, ensure accurate communication, documentation, and closeout.
- Perform project data updates, maintenance, analysis, and variance analysis to support the team, customer inquiries, produce reports and develop earned value analysis.
- Assist with the collection of data from various systems and sources including SAP and Power BI.
- Support the team with data quality, ETL, beginner programming/coding: JavaScript, Python, SQL.
- Prepare reports and monitor systems ensuring consistent usage, updates, and delivery.
- Implement and maintain procedures, controls, and maintenance of project data in line with the required standards including RRMS, RRNA, and government/DoD and management procedures.
- An Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience in earned value management, project management, or data analysis OR;
- A Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in earned value management, project management, or data analysis OR;
- A Master’s degree
- A PhD

- Intermediate project management, data governance, compliance, and reporting skills
- Intermediate data best practices and quality standards skills
- Intermediate SAP, Power BI, MS Project, and MS Excel skills
- Intermediate ETL, Python, SQL, JavaScript
