As a Planning and delivery leader for Rolls-Royce, you’ll play an integral role in the preparation, planning, issuing and controlling production schedules along with coordinating material requirements, to ensure a controlled flow for approved materials is timed to meet production.

Key Accountabilities
- Scheduling equipment and personnel
- Confirming material supply and demands
- Preparing work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirement
- Coordinating interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, etc.
- Scheduling and expediting the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders
- Must be willing to traveling up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally
- Associate’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Communications, Supply Chain or Operations with 2 years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing or manufacturing OR;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Communications, Supply Chain or Operations with 1 years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing or manufacturing OR;
- Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Communications, Supply Chain or Operations OR:
- JD/PhD
- In lieu of degree 4 years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing or manufacturing
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen
- Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) experience
- Experience with project management
- Experience collaborating with various departments
