Job DescriptionTitle : Product Planning and Business Development Manager, Service SalesPioneer the next generation of innovation. Join us and you'll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for its brilliance.Key Accountabilities : Recommend and facilitate the release of new service sales products (Reman, Overhaul, VCAs, Short and Long Blocks, ECs and etc.) and service programs to increase service sales.Collaborate with Service Sales Managers, Distributor Partners and Customers to define requirements, evaluate and develop business cases for the sales and promotion of new service sales products.Create and execute promotional programs for new and existing service sales products.Analyze, recommend and finalize pricing levels of service sales products with Controlling to maintain a competitive position in the marketplaceFacilitate Value Care Agreements (VCA) and Bid-no-Bid projects by providing expert support to RRSA Sales teams and Distributor PartnersAssists with developing budgets & resource plans and time schedule for VCA implementation and execution.Prepare and deliver internal and external customer communication by preparing and presenting presentations, promotional materials and correspondence on service product information to customers / OEM's / Distributor PartnersAttend trade shows and events and provide reports on the activities.Review MTU Value Care product offering for inclusion in MTU service publications, part releases and general communications, literature and recommend improvements.Keep manager aware of customer major issues as they arise.Maintain knowledge of MTU products, applications and policies related to After-Sales.Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.Perform special projects as required.Basic Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business and 3 years of experience in Business Development, Product Planning and / or Marketing; or 7 years of experience in Business Development, Product Planning and / or MarketingPreferred Qualifications : Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others in international cross-functional teams at all level of the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong oral, written communication and presentation skillsStrong ability to work independently and to influence and motivate others to take action.Ability to travel - domestic and international, 25%.Proficient with PC and MS Office SuiteCost Accounting knowledgeProficient with Microsoft Project and Project Management toolsKnowledge of MTU After Sales service productsRolls-Royce is a Military Friendly Employer.
