We are looking for a Senior System Security Engineer to join our team working to secure the range of Roll-Royce products against an increasingly diverse and complex range of threats. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working together to tackle technical challenges in a stimulating and collaborative environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on flagship RR programmes and play an important role in addressing some of the most complex and interesting technological challenges across Rolls-Royce. Key Accountabilities

• Provide technical leadership in determining the technology and processes required to secure a range of Rolls-Royce products and systems against cyber threats, working alongside programme, product and corporate teams
• Act as a local / business technical specialist in system security engineering / product cyber security, applying technical knowledge and providing technical direction as required.
• Manage a small number of projects and / or individuals in this subject area, providing technical leadership to teams or projects in addition to having impact through functional knowledge.
• Work in partnership with government clients, our supply-chain and industry experts to enhance cyber security capability and tools across our global organization
• Identify new technological solutions to increase product cyber security and resilience and support their integration into products, processes and ways of working
• Develop, update and champion cyber security good practice and help ensure the techniques, policies, procedures and knowledge and play a leading role in helping us implement this good practice across the business

Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. It's a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we're all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
