RollShield LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Plant Assistant Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations in the manufacturing plant to ensure efficient production processes.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Conduct inspections and tests on products to identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control Department to continuously improve quality processes.
- Assist in the purchasing process by sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and managing vendor relationships.
- Ensure that the manufacturing plant has the necessary supplies and materials to operate efficiently
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment
