Rolluda Architects (RAI) is an Architecture, Planning, and Interior Design firm based in Seattle, WA.
Projects range through single and multifamily residential, schools, commercial, parks, municipal/government, aerospace, and hospitality.
RAI is seeking a Contracting Specialist who can support internal Project Managers with the development, analysis, review, processing, and negotiation of contracts, budgets, and other documentation associated with design and construction documentation along with regulatory compliance necessary to the implementation and monitoring of those activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of contracting experience, preferably in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
Strong attention to detail and quality control with good communication and research skills.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry principles, concepts, practices, and standards of contract administration.
Formal Education or equivalent experience:
BA or Associate degree with a strong focus on business courses, including law, finance, contracts, political science, and economics.
