Rolos Salon is seeking a talented and licensed Senior Stylist with deep expertise in textured and curly hair to join our growing team in Cary, North Carolina. We specialize in Dominican blowouts and inclusive hair care for all textures, and we're looking for someone who brings both skill and passion to the chair.

• Valid North Carolina Cosmetology License (required)
• 3 years of professional salon experience
• Proven experience working with all hair types, with a strong emphasis on curly, coily, and textured hair
• Mastery in Dominican blowouts, twist-outs, silk presses, and advanced styling techniques
• A commitment to exceptional client care and customer service
• Strong knowledge of hair health, protective styles, and textured hair product regimens
• Team-player mindset and a desire to grow your client base and skills

• Provide expert hair services including cuts, blowouts, treatments, and styling for textured and non-textured hair
• Educate clients on at-home care, product recommendations, and maintenance
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and inclusive space for all guests
• Support salon goals by building strong client relationships and rebooking strategies
• Stay up to date with trends in textured hair and beauty culture
• Mentor and support junior stylists as needed
