Salon Manager (Bilingual – English & Spanish)

Rolos Salon is looking for an experienced, bilingual Salon Manager to lead our growing team in Cary, North Carolina. We specialize in Dominican blowouts and textured hair care, serving a diverse and vibrant clientele. We're looking for a licensed professional who is as passionate about leadership as they are about beauty.

What You’ll Bring

• Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish (required)
• Valid Cosmetology License in North Carolina
• 3 years of salon experience, including 1 year in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of textured hair, Dominican blowouts, and trending hair techniques
• Strong people management skills – including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating staff
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Skilled in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized salon environment
• Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow with us long-term

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and profitable environment
• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences
• Manage scheduling, inventory, staff performance, and service quality
• Support marketing initiatives and assist with growing the client base
• Step in for services when needed and model excellence in technique and client care
