Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking in the kitchen.

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate catering services for events, including banquets and private parties.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food presentation and quality to ensure consistency with restaurant standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a fine dining or catering environment.
