About the Role
Ro-Mac Lumber & Supply, Inc. in Lady Lake, Florida is hiring an Millwork Sales Specialist. In this position you will be responsible for excellent customer service, data entry of orders (doors & trim) from salesmen and customers for quotes, shipping, invoicing, and answering phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Processing customer/vendor requests
- Ensuring accurate & efficient data entry of quotes and orders
- Working with company sales staff to schedule deliveries
- File set-up and management
- Reconciliation of PO and monitoring to ensure payment
- Sourcing product needed to fill job requirements
- Answering customer/vendor phone calls and responding/forwarding as appropriate
- Assisting walk-in customers in showroom and will calls
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Computer skills: POS system, Inventory system, Google Suite
- High attention to detail
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions
