About the Role
RoMac Building Supply has an immediate opening for a friendly office and residential cleaner in Leesburg. With over 500 employees, RoMac is one of Florida's premier residential and commercial building material suppliers. A family owned company, we have been in business since 1945.
Responsibilities
- Cleans rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up large objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Uses bleach and other disinfectants to disinfect and sanitize rooms and restrooms.
- Empties trash cans and replaces liners.
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Transports dirty linens to the laundry room, light ironing and laundry.
- Restocks rooms with clean linens.
- Adheres to sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Knows how to clean, disinfect and sanitize
- Strong time-management skills
- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred
- Must have clean background and good driving record
