About the Role
RoMac Building Supply has an immediate opening for a part-time Safety Assistant in Wildwood, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety training programs for employees.
- Assist with regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Support the investigation of incidents and accidents
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of safety files
- Assist with training event coordination
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills as related to phone and email correspondence
- Office clerical experience
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Ability to multitask and work independent
- Able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy with strong data entry skills
