Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day direction and supervision of direct reports. Establishes priorities and responsibilities that provide the most value. Conducts performance evaluations and employee development plans.
- Implementing and managing inventory control systems to accurately track stock movements, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials across the production floor.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify the accuracy of stock records and identify discrepancies.
- Utilizing inventory management software to generate reports on stock levels, lead times, and usage trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure good flow and space utilization by optimizing container types and quantities.
- Proven experience in manufacturing inventory control, ideally within a production environment
- Expertise in inventory management systems and software applications.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Salary : $83,800 - $125,700
