The Account Executive will be based in our Dallas, Texas office to lead contracting and search engagements. We are looking for a senior account executive that has a proven track record of building client relationships and business.

Experience
- Three plus years of Technology Contractor or Permanent Placement experience with proven success and growth.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, personal drive, and “will to win” and overcome challenges and reach goals
- Understanding of Information Technology terminology
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Strong prospecting background via phone, social media and email platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services.
- Attend client events
- Occasional travel to client sites and events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing solutions and workforce management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Attend client events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent our company and engage potential clients.
