Romack is one of the fastest growing Professional Services firms in Texas. We are expanding our Staffing Services division specializing in Information Technology and InfoSecurity placements. The Account Executive will be based in our Dallas, Texas office to lead contracting and search engagements . We are looking for a senior account executive that has a proven track record of building client relationships and business.
Responsibilities
Account Executive will develop a relationships with clients, identify resource needs, work with recruiters to identify correct candidates, present the candidate to the client for consideration, coordinate interview process.
Experience
- Three plus years of Technology Contractor or Permanent Placement experience with proven success and growth.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, personal drive, and "will to win" and overcome challenges and reach goals
- Understanding of Information Technology terminology
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Strong prospecting background via phone, social media and email platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services.
- Attend client events
- Occasional travel to client sites and events
