What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Janitorial Night Floaters position at RoMaCo Building Services, Inc.?
We are looking to add a highly motivated, dependable, and hard working "Team Players" to our team.
We are looking to fill a full-time position working out of our office as a floater. There are opportunities for advancement with this position.
Full-Time: Monday through Friday and mandatory on-call Saturday 8 hour shift 5:30 pm start $16 per hour. Extra dollar amount for training new cleaners and building start ups. THESE HOURS, DAYS AND START TIME ARE NOT FLEXIBLE
A driver's licenses is REQUIRED for this position, as you will be driving a company vehicle between locations.
At least 1 year of experience working for a janitorial company is required for this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Cleaning, checking and detailing our customers facilities.
Perform or assist with cleaning duties.
Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
Investigate complaints about service and equipment and take corrective action.
Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities in order to determine the type of work required.
Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
Check equipment to ensure that it is in working order.
Instruct staff in work policies and procedures and the use and maintenance of equipment.
Select the most suitable cleaning materials for different types of furniture, flooring, and surfaces.
