Holy Trinity Catholic Church, a 230 -year-old Jesuit parish and school in Georgetown, Washington, DC, seeks an energetic, faith-filled person to serve as our Campaign Manager to join our advancement and stewardship team. The Campaign Manager is a pivotal Holy Trinity Advancement team member.
Over the next 3-4 years, this person will take part in annual and campaign fundraising activities, with the goal of supporting and growing the vibrant ministries of Holy Trinity. The role combines strategy with hands-on execution, focusing on creating opportunities for meaningful giving, nurturing donor relationships, and developing a culture of philanthropy. The Manager will assist the Director of Advancement and Stewardship with designing and managing our capital campaign, oversee stewardship and advancement communications, manage donor recognition and reporting, and collaborate with parish and school leadership to align our fundraising objectives. The position is full-time with benefits.
The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in advancement, stewardship, or capital campaigns, ideally in a faith-based or educational organization. She/he should be supportive of the beliefs of the Catholic church and committed to Holy Trinity’s mission and values. She/he will also need strong written and interpersonal communication skills, proficiency in donor databases, CRM systems, and Google and Microsoft Office Suite. The best candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively, exercise discretion, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
