What You'll Do:

Build Strong Foundations: Guide students through foundational literacy and numeracy skills, laying the groundwork for future academic success.
Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with parents, faculty, and the principal to support each student's individual growth and development.
Infuse Faith into Learning: Integrate Catholic teachings and traditions into daily lessons and activities, fostering spiritual growth alongside academic
achievement.

Continue the Legacy: uphold the high standard of excellence, and care that has been set by our previous 1st grade teacher.
What You Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (or related field).
A valid Louisiana teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain one).
A deep love for children and a passion for early childhood education.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to Catholic education and a willingness to integrate faith into teaching.
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a sense of adventure!
Experience with modern teaching methods and technologies.
