We are actively seeking a HVAC Foreman in the Columbus, OH area to join our award WINNING team.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

Position Responsibilities of the HVAC Foreman:

• Provide adequate on-site direction and leadership to fellow coworkers
• Manage a group of craftsmen (Installers, Service Techs, Apprentices)
• Manage material, deadlines, and quality control of installations
• Install and maintain HVAC systems
• Inspect and troubleshoot various HVAC components
  
• Closely follow all state/local building regulations and National Codes
  

Experience and Qualification Requirement of the HVAC Foreman:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver License
• Must be able to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Willingness to learn and be a part of a team
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Adhere to company screenings
• New construction experience a plus
• EPA Certification a plus

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting
• Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
• Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects, materials, controls and tools
• Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding, (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots
