Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4:00pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change
Position Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator:
- Manage daily calls for service request and assist dispatching technicians
- Communicate concisely and effectively with customers, managers, co-workers, vendors, and other departments to ensure a seamless operation
- Document and follow-up in a timely manner to ensure all service requests, inquires, questions, concerns or other issues have been completed and/or resolved
- Process all service billings from the Service Manager
- Schedule and track electrical and fire alarm inspections and permits
- Track warranty dates for service projects
- Maintain records on service vans and equipment
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Participate in all weekly meetings as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications of the Service Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Administrative/Clerical experience required
- 1-2 Years of relevant service dispatch, installation, and administrative experience
- Prior experience with a service management software system
- Experience with Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Must be able to communicate effectively, clearly and concisely
- Must be an outgoing team player and able to work well within a collaborative environment
- Must have experience with local municipalities’ permitting and inspections processes
- Must adhere to company screenings
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of sitting
- Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
