What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver/Warehouse position at Romar Cabinet & Top Co Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customer locations
- Physically Load and unload cabinets from the Box Truck. No fork lifts are used.
- Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles, including checking oil levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including OSHA regulations, to ensure a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering products in a timely and professional manner
Skills:
- MUST have a Class C Non CDL Drivers License
_ Be able to drive manual and automatic 26 ft box truck
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis up and down stairs, in tight corners while carrying cabinets.
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
Note: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position.
