Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections of warehouse facilities and operational processes.
- Support the development and implementation of safety training programs for employees.
- Participate in quality control checks, verifying that products and services meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Analyze safety and quality data, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
- Help maintain up-to-date records of safety training, certifications, and incident reports.
- Assist in the review of safety procedures and contribute to safety policy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication on safety and quality matters.
- Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Gain valuable experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Mentorship from experienced professionals in safety and quality management.

- Must be able to report in-person to designated warehouse location 5 days / week
- Rising Senior pursing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field
- Strong interest in safety, quality control, and logistics operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
