Call Center Manager

Call Center Manager:

Rome Bath Remodeling, a leader in the home improvement industry, is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and business-oriented Call Center Manager who has a proven record of helping their team hit goals and driving the company’s growth. Reporting directly to the COO, this person will be primarily responsible for planning and supervising the day-to-day operations of our growing call center.

Qualifications

· Positive attitude!

· Minimum 3 years call center experience

· Minimum 2 years management or team lead experience

· Experience working with or for a company in the home improvement/remodeling Industry while not mandatory is considered a strong plus

· Exceptional communication skills

· Ability to provide strong leadership through coaching and mentoring with a focus on customer service

· Proficient in basic software applications such as: Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, etc.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Supervise the day-to-day operations of the call center

· Manage the call center staff which includes interviewing, hiring, coaching, training and managing performance

· Ensure the team is attaining or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)

· Coach and train current and new team members to ensure superior customer service and attaining KPIs

· Coordinate scheduling and workflow management to maintain optimal staffing levels

· Ensure all customer interaction and service is performed in a manner which consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations

· Implement best practices that optimize call center efficiency and performance

· Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and engagement among employees

Schedule

· Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 with availability to answer calls/messages after hours when needed.

Compensation

$100-115k based upon performance and experience
