Minimum Qualifications:
- Must hold or be eligible for a New York State Teaching Assistant Certification
- Level 1 Certification (Valid for 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of the following NYS requirements:
- Assessment of Teaching Assistant Skills (ATAS) Exam
- Child Abuse Identification Training
- School Violence Prevention Training
- Fingerprint Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Assist in instructional activities to support student learning
- Help students use educational resources effectively
- Support the development of instructional materials
