- Athletic physicals: Communicate dates, assist with paperwork distribution and collection, and assist with an actual trip to take athletes for physicals.

- Middle school athletes: Assist with the organization of participating students, afternoon transportation supervision, and communication with coaches on attendance.
|
- Communicate with coaches and system directors on potential athletes.
|
- Collaborate with coaches and system directors to develop programs and activities to develop athletic programs in RCS.
|
- Develop intramural athletic opportunities at the elementary level.
|
- Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator.
