Box Office and Ticket Operations Management Internship
The Rome Emperors are looking to hire an intern for the 2025 Season for Ticket Operations and Box Office Services. This is a tremendous opportunity for a December 2024 graduate or May 2025 college graduate. We also will facilitate the internship for a current student, to get the experience you need, along with training to be a solid sales and service rep in the sports business.
The Team will pay you with a monthly stipend of $500 for your living expenses. You will be paid an hourly rate for all the games you agree to be scheduled for, at $9.00 per hour. Additionally, you will receive real work training and classroom type training to better understand our business. We will also assist you with the paperwork you need to facilitate your college credit if needed. This is not a job; it is an internship to prepare you for a job in sports.

Duties:
· Work with management to handle the technical details of all daily ticket operations while learning to use our system, Ticketmaster and all additional Ticketmaster resources.
· Services all ticket plans and works with guests and other sales reps to remedy any ticket related concerns or needs
· Engages in daily reports and management of the details for daily reports.
· Will engage in database management projects
· You will be expected to make outbound sales calls from the Box Office to single game buyers to sell mini plans for our season. If you sell a mini plan, you will be rewarded with a commission as well.
· Selling individual game tickets at a window on game days and non-game days.
· Working with and learning how to supervise game day employees.
· Assists with all group sales logistics for the box office and handles any will call management processes.
To be considered for the position:
· You must be able to start full-time on site in the role as of April 2024.
· You must be willing to work all 66 home games during the 2025 season
· You must be a very recent college grad, or need this internship to graduate (either or).
· You must have excellent computer skills; Excel skills are a must.
· You should have some kind of experience servicing customers and have excellent people skills.
· You must have an interest in being on phones, detailing with concerns with grace, working with people to be successful, and learn how to create your own destiny in one of the key areas of any sport's related business, as ticketing operations is the key to our success.
