Creative Content Intern
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a creative team player who can design, collaborate, ideate, photograph, and video with the Rome Emperors in-house creative team. You will work on tasks ranging from social media graphics, photos, videos, printed media, and in-stadium graphics packages. An ideal candidate will bring bright ideas, a willingness to learn new skills, multi-task while exhibit a strong work ethic.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create graphic design elements for e-newsletters, website, social media and special event promotions
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and Cloud to generate custom designs for use on social media, websites, and special events
- Assist in video/photo coverage of gamedays, everything from player walk-ins, game action, to post-game interviews/social
- Assists with various research and planning around social media posts/reels
- Help incorporate innovative ideas for social media that would drive engagement
- Maintain, ingest, log, document, archive video content and various other duties.
- Work as an integral part of the marketing department
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants must have a strong work ethic, good time management skills and the desire to expand their knowledge and sports business experience.
- Proficiency in operating DSLR and digital cinema cameras to capture a variety of events, both on and off-field.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with video editing and graphic design.
- Experience with motion graphics preferred but not required.
- Communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of baseball and the league
- Creative, energetic and proactive mentality
- Highly organized, quick learner and ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
