What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitalist Group Coordinator position at Rome Health?
Rome Health is seeking a Hospitalist Group Coordinator. The HGC will be responsible for managing caseload, admissions, discharges and relationships with collaborating departments involved in the care of the patient. They will also ensure best practices (performance and efficiency) for the practice and is also responsible for contributing to workflow processes, communications and initiatives for the betterment of the hospital through operations and financial opportunities. Duties will also include:
- Rounding Census
- Physician Billing
- Physician Scheduling
- Medical Records Management
Position Qualifications:
3-5 years of related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, E-Mail)
High School diploma required...Associates Degree preferred.
