Nurse Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee our nursing staff and ensure the highest standards of patient care within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Duties

• Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and facilitate professional development for nursing staff.
• Address patient concerns and complaints effectively while promoting a positive environment for both patients and staff.
• Ensure the proper training of staff on procedures such as spinal taps and other specialized medical techniques.

Requirements

• Current nursing license with relevant experience in an operating room setting.
• Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous improvement in patient care practices.
• 3-5 years' direct patient care/experience in operating or procedural room setting.

Pay: $85.00 - $105.00 per hour
