ROME’S AUTO SPECIALIST INC Is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Parts Specialist / Job Coordinator 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have At least 5 years of Experience in the Automotive Parts area including a wide range of gas and diesel vehicles, including light and medium-duty trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order auto parts online or by calling Parts Source
- Control and maintain parts inventory
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Organize the parts department and ensure inventory parts are adequately stocked
- Communicate effectively with technicians and service writers
- Provide parts to technicians upon arrival or request
- Pick up & deliver parts
- Maintain the Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as directed by the shop service manager
- Greet customers and answer phone calls professionally
- Respond to emails promptly
- Schedule/Coordinate appointments of approve jobs as needed
- Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to promote repeat and referral business
- Support the office manager with their duties
- File documents accurately and systematically
- Maintain a clean and organized office area
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Valid CA Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Auto Parts
- ASE certifications or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
