Auto Parts Specialist / Job Coordinator

ROME’S AUTO SPECIALIST INC Is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Parts Specialist / Job Coordinator 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have At least 5 years of Experience in the Automotive Parts area including a wide range of gas and diesel vehicles, including light and medium-duty trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order auto parts online or by calling Parts Source
• Control and maintain parts inventory
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Organize the parts department and ensure inventory parts are adequately stocked
• Communicate effectively with technicians and service writers
• Provide parts to technicians upon arrival or request
• Pick up & deliver parts
• Maintain the Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as directed by the shop service manager
• Greet customers and answer phone calls professionally
• Respond to emails promptly
• Schedule/Coordinate appointments of approve jobs as needed
• Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to promote repeat and referral business
• Support the office manager with their duties
• File documents accurately and systematically
• Maintain a clean and organized office area

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Valid CA Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record Required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Auto Parts
• ASE certifications or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
