Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document support activities, solutions, and processes for knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise-level tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) a plus.
