What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part/Full Time Administrative Assistant position at Romeo Computer Company?

RCC Business IT is growing and needs to add to its office staff. We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to assist with certain accounting and bookkeeping functions. This position would start as part time but may lead to full time with full benefits.
Some of the responsibilities would include:
- Familiar with Sage 50 - PeachTree Accounting, MS Excel, MS Word
- Bank Reconciliations
- Online Banking
- Financial Statement Review
- AR -- Invoicing, Processing Receipts and Collections
- AP -- Purchasing, AP Payments Review, Processing of Check and ACH based payments.
- HR -- Work with Job Descriptions, Coordinating Benefits, Time Tracking Review, General -- Filing, Answering Phones, General Correspondence
We are looking for an experienced self-starter who can work independently and multi-task. This position starts as part time with the ability to become full time. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
