Our Shift Leaders assist in the daily operations of the business :

Coordinate daily restaurant management operations within our Core Values by ensuring the brand is protected with good decision making

JOB CHARACTERISTICS :

Each day is different from the next, especially in personal interactions. It is a fast-paced environment with multiple projects going on simultaneously therefore multitasking, as well as delegation, is a must.

Very socially focused; requires "how may I help you?" attitude. Lots of attention is spent on building and maintaining relationships, both in the community and within the organization, especially where training and assisting the team fosters the relationships for further advancement.

Adherence to established guidelines and procedures where it is important to involve other leadership in the decision-making; there is a need to build consensus, rather than make decisions alone.

Open, flowing communication is important. This position requires working with and through others, especially in an assistant role. There is a need for a persuasive, "selling" (rather than "telling") communication style.

Team environment : Shift leader must be willing to jump in and roll up his / her / their sleeves to help when necessary. Position requires someone who leads by example, with first-hand knowledge of areas of expertise. Strong, friendly, follow-up necessary on tasks delegated to ensure proper results.

Job Details and Benefits :

Salary Range $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
