Job Overview

Duties
- Conduct routine quality control tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform microbiological analyses and other laboratory tests to assess product safety and efficacy.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring all instruments are calibrated and functioning properly.
- Document test results accurately and prepare reports for review by senior staff.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to support product formulation and improvement.
- Assist in the development of new testing protocols and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment.
Experience
Candidates should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Research development techniques relevant to quality control processes.
- Microbiology principles applicable in clinical or industrial laboratory settings.
- Scientific research methodologies that contribute to product testing and analysis.
- Strong mathematical skills for data analysis and interpretation.
- Familiarity with animal physiology as it relates to product testing (if applicable).
