What You’ll Do:
- Record and maintain financial transactions across accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
- Reconcile operating accounts, credit cards, receivables, payables, revenue, and payroll
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
- Support audits and tax filing preparation, and provide financial data for management as needed
- Keep financial records organized, confidential, and up to date
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience in a service-oriented company
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Ramp, Sage) is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and the accounting cycle
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
