Customer Success Representative
Romex Pest Control is looking to add a Customer Success Representative to our team.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and going above and beyond to ensure customers are taken care of.
You will be in charge of building sustainable relationships and trust with accounts through interactive communication, handling customer concerns and service requests while providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to their issues, keeping a record of interactions and processing accounts for documents, and more.
This position is full time and from Monday through Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Helping out with and making sure all alerts are cleared by the end of the day.
- Dealing with customer requests as needed.
- Occasional auditing of accounts.
- Assist the Billing team with outbound collection calls each month.
- Process Tech Out requests if need be.
- Work with and resolve escalated calls.
- Have fun!
Qualifications
- Phone experience is a PLUG.
- Work well independently and as a part of a team.
- High school degree or GED required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Bilingual not required but encouraged.
