Job Summary
We are seeking a seasonal dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential homes, ensuring a safe and pest-free environment for our clients. This role requires a combination of technical skills, customer service abilities, and a strong understanding of pest management practices.
Responsibilities
- Apply pesticides and other pest control methods in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Be able to work outdoors; lift at least 50 lbs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating treatment plans and educating clients on pest prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including chemicals used and areas treated to be entered into mobile devices.
- Maintain and take care of work truck.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control (preferred but not required).
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attention to details.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Compensation Package:
- Commission pay
- Weekly bonus
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Austin, TX (Travis County): Relocate before starting work (Required)
