We are seeking a dedicated Crew Chief to be the first point of contact for homeowners and business owners during emergencies, guiding them through the restoration process with confidence and care. In this role, you will lead a team of technicians to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management

Train, coach, and supervise new and existing technicians.

Lead the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Communicate job expectations and ensure safety compliance.
Emergency Response & Customer Relations

Be the first on-site for emergency water/fire damage calls.

Guide customers through the restoration process, addressing concerns and providing clear communication.

Establish trust with homeowners and business owners to ensure a seamless experience.
Project Execution & Quality Control

Oversee production processes, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and correctly.

Identify safety hazards and implement control measures to protect workers and occupants.

Set up, monitor, and take down drying equipment as needed.
Operations & Documentation

Maintain detailed and accurate job file documentation.

Manage project timelines and workflow to ensure smooth execution.

Ensure company vehicles and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
Qualifications

Flexible schedule, including availability for on-call rotations and weekend shifts.

Reliable, customer-focused, and a strong team player.

Experience in carpet cleaning, water extraction, mitigation, and demolition is preferred but not required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (must live within 30 minutes of our Addison office).

Ability to lift at least 75 pounds.

Clean criminal background (no felony convictions).

Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
What We Offer

Competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000, with on-target earnings including commissions.
