We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our go-to-market strategy and take ownership of our referral-driven sales initiative. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth organization and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, manage, and expand a team of route marketers.
- Develop, coach, and grow the team to consistently meet and exceed weekly referral quotas.
- Recruit and onboard new sales talent as the team scales.
- Strategic Sales Initiatives
- Design and systematize the referral process to optimize efficiency and results.
- Enable the team to build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners, including plumbers, insurance agents, and property managers.
- Design and maintain our referral programs
- Performance Management
- Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and individual performance metrics.
- Regularly analyze data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication of goals, priorities, and progress across the team.
- Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the company's market presence and referral network.
- Create data hygiene process within the CRM for full sales motion visibility
- Create and launch events
- Create and launch sales enablement material for reps to utilize
Qualifications
- Proven experience in relationship-based sales, with a strong understanding of referral-driven business models in 8-figure plus businesses
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with the capacity to motivate a team to exceed targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with partners such as plumbers, insurance agents, and property managers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary of $120,000, with on-target earnings of $250,000.
